Meet The Team
- Lindsey Baugus
- After graduating from the University of Mississippi, Lindsey has spent the last two years recruiting within the construction industry. Lindsey currently manages the recruitment process of Service Technicians for Rogers Electric's Southeastern operations based out of Alpharetta, Georgia. She also responsible for the recruitment of candidates for administrative openings at our corporate headquarters. Prior to joining Rogers Electric, Lindsey interned with HighGate Search where she was responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates. Lindsey enjoys the challenge of recruiting qualified candidates and will take the time to understand a clients' needs and works hard to ensure a successful placement.
- Javier Ulloa
- Javier graduated from Georgia State University with a B.S. in Psychology and has spent the last two years recruiting in the construction industry. Javier is currently managing the recruitment process of Service Technicians for Rogers Electric's West Coast operations based out of Phoenix, AZ. He is also responsible for the recruitment of candidates for administrative openings at our corporate headquarters. Prior to joining Rogers Electric, Javier spent one year in the staffing industry with CLP where he was responsible for interviewing and placing skilled tradespeople in all facets of the construction industry.
